Established in 2008 with only 3 members, ATA Steel has grown significantly to provide steel solutions all over Western Australia.
ATA Steel is backed by a team of professionals with the extensive steel industry and management experience. Each member of our team plays a vital role in our organisation. Whether it’s overseeing the quality of our products or making sure you receive superior service, our team works closely to ensure first-class service across the board.
History
Owners David and Jodie Baxter are a husband and wife team with decades of hands-on management experience. Both David and Jodie studied business in Western Australia, providing them with a firm grounding for operating large-scale supply businesses.
With a background in the WA farming industry, David and Jodie owned and operated a large agricultural property and retail parts supply business before purchasing ATA Steel.
As an independently owned operation with no fabrication capacity or allegiances to any fabrication workshops, you can be confident that ATA Steel is not competing with you for the jobs that you are trying to win. This independence sets us apart from our competitors who often have sister companies in the fabrication industry.
In 2019 ATA Steel was proud to receive the backing of industry-leading plate manufacturer SSAB through the Hardox Wearparts partnership program. This combines ATA Steel’s local industry experience with the technological backing of SSAB to provide you with the best wear solutions possible.
